| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中期因子(MK)在糖尿病坐骨神经病变中的作用.方法:SD雄性大鼠制成糖尿病模型,采用Western blot及免疫组化方法观察MK在坐骨神经中的表达.结果:3个月糖尿病组大鼠坐骨神经MK表达较对照组增多(P＜0.01).6个月时MK表达下降,与对照组比较无显著差别.结论:MK可能为治疗糖尿病周围神经病变提供新的手段. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the role of midkine (MK) on diabetic neuropathy. Methods: Western blot and histochemistry methods were used to detect the expression of MK in sciatic nerves of diabetic rats. Results: The expression of MK (Integrated optical density) in diabetic sciatic nerves in 3-month group increased significantly compared with that in the control group (P<0.01). The expression of MK in 6-month group diabetic rats decreased and had no significant difference with that in the control group. Conclusion: The MK might become a new method in treating peripheral neuropathy in diabetes. |
