| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨PTEN在急性白血病中的表达情况及其与临床的关系。方法:用S-P免疫细胞化学方法检测52例初治急性白血病(AL),10例完全缓解期急性白血病(AL-CR)及14例正常对照(骨髓正常的非恶性血液病患者)骨髓单个核细胞中PTEN的表达并分析了PTEN与临床指标的相关性。结果:初治AL组PTEN的表达阳性率为46.2%,AL-CR组的表达阳性率为90%,正常对照组的表达阳性率为92.9%,初治组与AL-CR组,正常对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),ANLL组表达阳性率为44.4%,ALL组表达阳性率为50%,ANLL组与ALL组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),AL-CR组与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PTEN蛋白的低表达与患者的年龄、性别无明显相关(P>0.05)而与外周血白细胞计数及髓外浸润呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:AL患者存在PTEN蛋白表达缺失,PTEN蛋白在AL的发病中可能起一定作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore The expression of PTEN and its clinical Significance in acute leukemia.Methods: The expression of PTEN in the bone marrow mononuclear cells were detected by S-P immunocytochemical staining.Results: The expression of PTEN in acute leukemia(46.2%) was significantly lower than in AL-CR(90%)and in normal control(92.9%)(P<0.05);the expression ratio btween ANLL(44.4%)and ALL(50%) had no statistical difference(P>0.05).The decrease level of PTEN had a positive correlation with poor-prognosic factors(high white blood cell count of ≥20×10~9/L and a metastasis out of bone marrow).Conclusion: The aberrant expression of PTEN may play an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of acute leukemia. |
