作者总结ＣＴ引导脑立体定向手术１０００例。手术种类主要有脑肿瘤内放疗和内化疗、脑内血肿和脓肿的排空、脑内病变活检、脑内神经核团损毁、射频热凝治疗脑瘤、内瘤氏除脑瘤、脑深部金属异物摘除、脑组织移植术等。本组一次手术成功率９９．８％；术后６个月，手术总效率８４．１％。作者认为该方法手术创伤小，并发症少、适应证广、效果确实。本文介绍了这种手术的操作要点和经验体会，并就指手术指征以及如何防治并发症等有关问

Analysis of 1 000 cases with CT guided stereotactic intracranial operations

cases of CT guided stereotactic intracranial operations were summarized. The main operative subjects included intratumoral radiation and chemotherapy, evaluation of hematoma and absesses, biopsy of brain lesions, destruction of nerve nuclei, radio frequency coagulation of tumor, resection of tumor with endoscope and laser, removal of foreign bodies from deep brain and transplantation of nerve tissue. The successful rate of first operation was 99.8% and the effective rate was 84.1% in 6 months after operation. The results show that this method has wide indications, minimum injury, less complications and good results. The main points of the operation and authors' experience were briefly introduced. The indications and complications of the operation were also discussed.
