自我导向学习在高学历居民脑卒中一级预防中的应用

目的探索自我导向学习方法在高学历居民脑卒中一级预防中的应用效果。方法采用Framingham卒中风险评估表对上海市宝山区2个社区大专及以上学历居民进行脑卒中风险筛查，将2个社区脑卒中潜在高危人群分为对照组56例和干预组54例。两组均予以每月1次预防脑卒中的讲座，发放教育单张的健康教育活动；干预组在此基础上导入自我导向健康促进计划的制定和实施。6个月后评价两组脑卒中风险变化。结果干预组居民预测10年卒中危险度评分及风险概率显著低于对照组（均P〈0．05）。结论自我导向学习应用于高学历居民脑卒中一级预防能调动居民自主实施健康管理，有利于潜在高危居民降低脑卒中风险。

Application of self-directed learning in primary prevention of stroke among highly educated residents

Objective To explore the effect of self-directed learning used in primary prevention of stroke among highly educated resi- dents. Methods The Framingham stroke risk score was used to predict stroke risk in highly educated residents living in two commu- nities in Baoshan district of Shanghai, and those at high risk of stroke were divided into a control group of 56 and an intervention group of 54. Both groups were given lectures regarding stroke prevention monthly and single-page educational leaflets. Additional- ly, self-directed learning was employed to formulate and implement health promotion plan in the intervention group. The change of stroke risk in the two groups was assessed after 6 months. Results The 10-year stroke risk score and rate in the intervention group were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0. 05 for both）. Conclusion The application of self-directed learning in primary prevention of stroke among highly educated residents, would motivate their willingness to health management, thus to lower stroke risk.
