| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨奥马哈问题分类表在脑卒中住院患者评估中的应用效果.方法 以奥马哈问题分类表为护理评估、诊断框架,对77例脑卒中住院患者进行评估、诊断,找出患者存在的主要护理问题并进行分析、归类.结果 77例患者共存在护理问题621个,平均每例患者存在8.06个;存在的护理问题65.21％属于生理领域,24.96％属于健康相关行为领域,8.70％属于心理社会领域,1.13％属于环境领域;发生率超过50％的护理问题是循环、神经-肌肉-骨骼功能、个人照顾、消化-水合和精神健康.结论 奥马哈问题分类表能全面评估脑卒中住院患者健康状况,发现患者的护理问题.进行适当的修改后,奥马哈问题分类表可用于脑卒中患者的临床护理评估.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of the Omaha Problem Classification Scheme （Omaha PCS） in assessment of inpatients with stroke.Methods Seventy-seven inpatients with stroke were recruited and their nursing problems were measured by using the Omaha PCS.Results A total of 621 nursing problems were recorded,with each patient averaging 8.06.Of all nursing problems,65.21% was in physiological domain,24.96% in health-related behavior domain,8.70% in psychosocial domain,and 1.13% in environmental domain.Problems such as circulation,neuro-musculo-skeletal function,personal care,digestion-hydration,and mental health showed a high incidence （over 50 %）.Conclusion With appropriate revision,the Omaha PCS can be used in clinical nursing practice for stroke patients because it would help to assess patient＇s health condition and to identify their nursing problems. |
