摘    要:目的构建临床护理岗位分层培训管理模式并评价其成效。方法根据临床护理岗位的N1级、N2级、N3级、N4级和CNS级护士的培训需求确定培训内容及方法,制定各层级护理人员岗位胜任能力考核标准。结果临床护理岗位的N1级、N2级、N3级、N4级和CNS级护士对理论培训和操作培训满意度均分为4.02~4.37;培训后操作考核、理论测试、临床工作表现评分均在85分以上,岗位胜任能力达标率为97.51%~100%。结论分层培训管理模式得到了各层级护士认可,有利于提高其学习积极性和培训效果,提升临床护士的岗位胜任力。

Abstract:Objective To construct and evaluate the effects of a hierarchical training model for clinical nurses at different level posts. Methods The educational contents and methods were determined according to training needs of nurses at different level posts (N1, N2, N3, N4, and CNS). Then competence standards of each level were made. Results Satisfaction with theoretical and practical training of each level nurses scored 4.02-4.37. Nursesr practical skill test, theory test and clinical performance scored greater than 85 points. The qualification rate of post competence achieved 97.51%- 100 %. Conclusion The hierarchical training model is recog- nized by all level nurses, which would be beneficial for improving study initiative and training effect, and for promoting post com- petence of nurses.
