网络成瘾综合征患者的持续综合护理干预

目的 探讨持续综合护理干预对网络成瘾综合征（IAD）患者生存质量及心理状态的影响.方法 将IAD患者随机分为对照组和观察组各50例.对照组采用常规治疗护理的方法进行干预;观察组在此基础上采用持续综合护理干预方法,包括角色体验感悟式教育、开设护理点评课堂、系统健康教育、建立个人档案、定期随访.结果 干预3个月后,两组家庭亲密度与适应性各维度、SCL-90各因子分（除精神病性外）及生存质量得分比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05,P＜0.01）.结论 持续综合护理干预能明显改善IAD患者的生理、心理状况,显著提高其生活质量.

Persistent nursing interventions for patients with Internet addiction

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing interventions on quality of life,mental health in patients with Internet Addiction Disorder （IAD）.Methods One hundred patients with IAD were randomly divided in one of two groups,with 50 in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing care,while the observation group additionally received comprehensive nursing interventions：providing education based on role experience,opening nursing class to givie comments,conducting systematic health education,creating a personal profile,and performing regular follow-up.Results The scores of family cohesion and adaptability,SCL-90（except subscales of psychotic symptoms）,quality of life,had significant differences between the two groups after the intervention（P＜0.05,P＜0.01）.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention program can effectively improve physical and psychological conditions of patients with IAD as well as and promote their quality of life.
