摘    要:目的 评价思维导图在2型糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用效果.方法 将78例2型糖尿病患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各39例.观察组运用思维导图、对照组运用PPT进行糖尿病教育.于教育前及教育结束后3个月测评患者的糖尿病知识水平、糖尿病自我管理能力及糖化血红蛋白.结果 教育后观察组糖尿病知识得分与自我管理能力得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);观察组糖化血红蛋白水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 将思维导图应用于糖尿病健康教育,可提高糖尿病患者的知识水平及自我管理能力,改善患者的血糖水平.

Application of mind maps in group diabetes education

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of mind maps in group diabetes education for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 78 subjects with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly assigned to one of two groups of 39 receiving either mind maps (observation group) or PPT (control group) for group diabetes education.Outcomes included changes in knowledge,self-management behaviors,and HbA1c.Changes were assessed at baseline and after the 3-month education sessions.Results The improvements in knowledge and self-management behaviors in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after the education intervention (P〈0.05,P〈0.01).The level of HbA1c was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group after the education intervention (P〈0.05).Conclusion Application of mind maps in group diabetes education,can enhance patients' diabetic knowledge,strengthen their self-care ability,and thus improve glycemic control.
