医学专科学生SCL-90测查结果

目的了解楚雄医专学生心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对861名在校大学生心理健康状况进行调查和统计分析。结果心理问题发生率最高的前三位依次是强迫(41.17%)、抑郁(27.3%)、人际敏感(24.65%);护理专业平均阳性率最高(24.13%);女生恐怖的阳性检出率显著高于男生(P<0.01);一年级学生的平均发生率(21.74%)显著高于二年级学生(18.5%)(P>0.05);另外,医专学生因子分≥2的学生比例强迫项明显高于云南大学生(P<0.05),而偏执、精神病性项明显低于云南大学生(P<0.05),男女大学生因子分≥2的学生比例比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论调查结果显示,在校医专学生存在一定程度的心理问题,不同专业及不同的年级发生率不同,因此应对在校学生普及心理卫生知识,针对性地开展心理健康教育。

RESULTN ON SCL-90 OF MEDICAL COLLEGE STUDENTS

Objective In order to understand the psychological health situation of the students of ChuXiong Medical College.Methods The psychological health situations of 861 students were investigated and statisticsed with SCL-90.Results The results shown that Obsessive Compulsive Disorders(41.17%),depression(27.3%),and Interpersonal sensitivity(24.13) are the top three of incidence rate of mental problem.The positive rate of nursing profession is the highest(24.13%).The positive rate of horror of female students is dominant higher than male students(P<0.01).The average incidence rate(21.74%) of freshman is greatly higher than sophomore(18.5%)(p>0.05).Additional,the ratio of depression of the students with factor P≥2 of ChuXiong institute of medical is obviously higher than the university students of YunNan(P<0.05),moreover,the ration of paranoid and metal illness is largely lower than the university students(P<0.05) and the ratio of male and female students with factor≥2 has not extraordinary discrepancy(P>0.05).We arrived the.Conclusion lThe survey results shown that the students of ChuXiong institute of medical exist some extent mental problem and the incidence ratio of different professional and grade is different.Mental health knowledge was popularized and the mental heath education was developed in students.
