| 摘 要： | 报道７２例急性心肌梗塞患者的心率变异性（ＨＲＶ）值与心肌梗塞范围的关系，并与１２０例正常人的ＨＲＶ值进行对比，结果发现，心肌梗塞急性期ＨＲＶ值明显降低，与正常组对比有显著统计学意义，但ＨＲＶ值降低与心肌梗塞部位、范围无关，可能主要为心肌梗塞引起的应激反应所造成的体液及神经调节改变所致。

| Abstract: | Heart rate variability(HRV)is currently regarded as an independent progrostic index for the risk of sudden death after acute myocardial infarction(AMI).The risk of sudden death will increase if the HRV is low.But the machenism of HRV decreasing is not clear,so the relation between HRV and the rang of AMI were studied in 72 patients with AMI and 120 normal persons.The results showed that the HRV in AMI was evidently decreased and had a statistic significance compared with normal group.But the low HRV in AMI was not related to the range and scope of AMI.It is possible that the low HRV in AMI is due to the urgent reflection of nerves and hormone. |
