直肠癌保肛手术中双吻合器吻合法的应用体会(附23例分析)

目的　探讨双吻合器吻合法在直肠癌保肛手术中的应用价值。方法　回顾总结 2 3例直肠癌应用双吻合器吻合法直肠癌低位前切除或超低位切除吻合术。结果　所有患者吻合器切除圈完整。术后吻合口漏 1例 ,吻合口狭窄 2例 ,全组无吻合口出血。结论　双吻合器吻合法可作为低位直肠癌保肛手术的一种理想的术式选择

Double stapling technique for anus-saving in low rectal cancer

Objective To investigate the efficacy of double stapling technique(DST) in anus saving operations for patients with low rectal carcinoma.Methods A retraspective research on the surgical excision anastomasis was made from either lower part or ultralow part with double stapling tecnique in 23 cases of rectal cancer. Results One patient had anastomotic leakage postoperatively and healed with diverting colostomy. Anastomotic stricture occurred in 2 patients and no anastomotic bleeding in this series. Conclusion The results suggest that DST provides an ideal alternative for aus saving operation in patients with rectal cancer.
