应用PCR技术评估内镜清洗消毒机去除胃镜污染乙肝病毒的效果

目的探讨内镜清洗消毒机对胃镜污染乙肝病毒(HBV)的去除效果及最佳消毒时限.方法对血清HBsAg阳性的受检者用后的污染胃镜,消毒前后分别取样,用免疫层析技术检测其HBsAg,用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测HBV-DNA.结果 50例血清HBgAg阳性患者污染的胃镜消毒前HBsAg阳性检出率为30%,HBV-DNA阳性检出率为24%;消毒后HBsAg、HBV-DNA检测均阴性.结论内镜清洗消毒机消毒3 min可有效去除胃镜上污染的HBV.应用PCR技术检测HBV-DNA作为乙肝病毒灭活指标灵敏而可靠.

The effectiveness of automatic cleaning and disinfection appliance for gastroscope in removing of hepatitis B virus

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of automatic cleaning and disinfection appliance for gastroscope contaminated with hepatitis B virus. Methods After used for patients with positive serum HbsAg, gastroscopes were cleaned and disinfected by automatic disinfection machine. Samples were collected before and after disinfection. Immunoassay was used to detect HBsAg, PCR(polymerase chain reaction) techniques were used to detect HBV-DNA. Results Fifty samples were collected before and after disinfection, among which 15 samples with positive HBsAg and 12 samples with positive HBV DNA before disinfection, all turned to negative after treatment. Conclusion Automatic mechanical disinfection can effectively remove HBsAg and HBV-DNA within 3 min, and PCR technique for HBV DNA is more reliable and sensitive than immunoassay for HBsAg in determining the HBV contamination.
