鄂西北山区880名已婚妇女生殖健康的调查

目的了解鄂西北山区已婚妇女的生殖健康现状及特点,建立山区妇女健康信息数据库。方法采用统一制定的妇女生殖健康体检表对880名山区妇女进行生殖健康普查,进行妇科常规检查、宫颈液基细胞学检查、妇科B超以及乳房B超检查。结果未查出宫颈癌和乳腺癌。以实际接受各单项检查的人群为基数,慢性宫颈炎患病率为40.42%（268/663）,阴道炎患病率为20.81%（138/663）,子宫肌瘤患病率为4.66%（41/880）,乳腺增生患病率为12.95%（100/772）,宫颈液基细胞检出低度鳞状上皮内病变为0.69%（4/581）、高度鳞状上皮内病变为0.17%（1/581）、不典型鳞状细胞性质未定为1.72%（10/581）。结论利用现有资源向偏远山区妇女宣传和普及女性保健常识并定期实施普查,建立山区妇女健康信息化管理,使妇科疾病做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗,是提高山区妇女整体自我保健意识和生殖健康水平的重要手段。

Investigation on Reproductive Health Status for 880 Married Women in the Northwest Mountainous Areas of Hubei Province

Objective To investigate the reproductive health status and characteristics of married women in the northwest mountainous areas of Hubei Province so as to establish the health information database for women in mountainous areas.Methods Using the unified women＇s reproductive health examination table,880 women undergone reproductive health screening in terms of gynecological routine examination,liquid-based cytology examination,gynecological and breast B-ultrasound.Results Cervical cancer and breast cancer was not detected.Based on the accurate population with examinations,the prevalence of chronic cervicitis,vaginitis,uterine fibroids,breast hyperplasia,low grade cervical intraepithelial（CIN1）by liquid-based cytology examination and high grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN2/3）were 40.42（268/663）,20.81%（138/663）,4.66%（41/880）,12.95%（100/772）,0.69%（4/581）and 0.17%（1/581）,respectively.Conclusion Popularizing the women＇s health knowledge by using the existing resources,performing routine health screening and establishing the health information database combined with strengthened preventive and treatment measures for early detection,diagnosis and treatment provide a key for promoting the reproductive health of women in the remote mountainous areas.
