Wernicke脑病12例临床分析

目的探讨Wernicke脑病的临床特点,提高对Wernicke脑病的诊治水平。方法回顾性分析我科2007年6月至2010年8月收治的12例Wernicke脑病患者的临床资料。结果 8例患者痊愈,3例患者出现不同程度的神经系统后遗症,1例患者出现不可逆的精神症状而放弃治疗。结论 Wernicke脑病在胃肠外科患者中并不少见,其临床表现多样,易被误诊及漏诊。迅速、大剂量补充维生素B1并及时给予足量、成分合理的肠内、肠外营养支持是治疗此病的有效手段。

Clinical analysis of Wernicke encephalopathy in 12 cases

Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics and improve the diagnosis and treatment of Wernicke encephalopathy.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 12 cases who suffer from Wernicke encephalopathy from June 2007 to August 2010.Results 8 patients achieved recovery,3 patients had varying degrees of neurological sequelae,and 1 patient who suffered irreversible psychiatric symptoms gave up treatment.Conclusion Wernicke encephalopathy is not rare in gastrointestinal patients.It can easily be misdiagnosed and escaped from recognition because of the wide variety of clinical manifestations.The effective method for Wernicke encephalopathy is quick supplementing with large dose of vitamin B1,and reasonable balance of enough parenteral and enteral nutrition supporting.
