Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of freezing solution containing fructose-1,6-bisphosphate(FDP) on viability of frozen-thawed ovarian tissue in mice.Methods:Mouse ovaries(2×1×1mm3 in size) were frozen with rapid freezing method,using freezing solution containing(FDP group) or not containing FDP(LN2V group).After being thawed,autotransplantations were performed and two pieces of ovarian tissue slices were respectively implanted to each mouse under the kidney capsule of both sides.The survival of ovarian grafts,histological structure,follicular density and serum E_2 level in each recipient were detected 21 days after transplantation.The viability of frozen-thawed ovarian tissue was compared between the two groups.Results:The number of follicles with normal morphology in FDP group was 3.6±0.7/HP,and the serum E_2 level was 8.5±0.9 pg/ml,which were both significantly higher than that of the LN_2V group(P〈0.05).Conclusions:The freezing solution containing FDP could increase the number of follicles,level the surm E_2,as well as promote the cryopreservation effects of ovarian tissues.
