穿线法保留睾丸动脉的临床观察

目的:探讨穿线法保留睾丸动脉治疗精索静脉曲张,改善睾丸血供,提高生精功能的可行性。方法:将90例患者行穿线法保留睾丸动脉,并进行手术前、后睾丸体积、精子密度及活率等指标比较。结果:本组患者手术均获成功,无复发病例。患者自诉症状消失或改善,术后左睾丸体积、精子密度及活率较术前均有明显提高(P均<0.05);术后右睾丸体积及精子畸形率较术前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用穿线法保留睾丸动脉治疗精索静脉曲张,术后患者复发率低,明显改善左睾丸体积和精液质量,效果切实可靠,符合国情,值得临床推广应用。

Threading treatment for cirsocele

Objective：To explore the feasibility of improving testicular blood supply and spermatogenesis in patients with cirsocele by threading treatment.Methods：Changes in testis size,sperm density and survival rate in 90 patients with cirsocele that underwent threading treatment before and after treatment were compared.Results：The procedure was successful in all patients,with no recurrence.Subjective symptoms were disappeared or improved;left testis size,sperm density and survival rate were all improved after the treatment（P〈0.05）,while no significant difference in the right testis size or sperm deformity rate was shown（P〉0.05）.Conclusions：With feasibility of reserving testicular artery,low reoccurrence,threading treatment can improve the size of left testis,and quality of sperm.It′s reliable,economical and worth for application in large scale.
