室间隔缺损患儿介入治疗的护理体会

目的总结室间隔缺损患儿介入封堵治疗术后的护理体会。方法回顾分析我科141例接受介入治疗的室间隔缺损患儿的护理问题及对策。结果本组141例,男69例,女72例,年龄3～14岁,均介入治疗成功。术后严密监测,及时发现房室传导阻滞5例,束支传导阻滞6例。由于采取科学严谨的护理措施,无溶血、血栓形成,无臂丛神经损伤等严重并发症。结论室间隔缺损介入封堵治疗是一种安全、有效的方法。积极的术后监护,正确的治疗和护理方法对保证患儿顺利恢复,预防及减少并发症有重要意义。

The nursing care for interventionl therapy for ventricular septal defect

Objective To discuss the nursing care for intervention therapy of ventricular septal defect. Methods The data of 141 VSD patients (69 males and 72 females) aged from 3～14 years underwent trans-catheter occlusion were reviewed. The nursing problems and nursing care measures were analyzed. Results The success rate of the intervention treatment was 100%. There was no serious complications such as hematoma, thrombus and perforation. Atrio-ventricular block was observed in 5 cases on ECG and bundle branch block in 6 cases. All patients recovered by appropriate therapy and nursing care. Conclusions Transcatheter occlusion of VSD is safe and effective. Adequate preparation, careful monitoring, appropriate therapy and nursing care are important for patients’ recovery.
