微型钛板内固定治疗掌指骨折30例临床分析

目的报告微型钛板内固定治疗掌指骨骨折的临床效果。方法 2005年10月至2010年2月对掌指骨骨折30例40处作切开复位微型钛板内固定,掌骨骨折15例（18块钛板）、指骨骨折12例（13块铁板）、掌指骨同时骨折3例。结果术后平均随访3～12个月（平均6个月）,本组所有骨折均达到解剖复位,骨折愈合顺利,关节活动功能良好。结论微型钛板质薄、体积小、坚强,固定后可早期进行功能康复训练,是治疗手部掌指骨骨折的理想方法。

Clinical application of micro-titanium plate fixation to metacarpal and phalangeal fractures

Objective To report the clinical effects of micro-titanium plate fixation applied to metacarpal and phalangeal fractures.Methods 40 places of 30 cases of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures had been fixed with micro-titanium plate from October 2005 to February 2010,among them,15 cases with metacarpal fractures(with 18 plates),12 cases with phalangeal fractures(with 13 plates),and metacarpal and phalangeal fractures in 3 cases.Results Postoperative follow-up ranged from 3～12 months,with an average of 6 months.All fractures in this group reached the anatomical reduction and fracture healing was successful,with joint function performing well.Conclusion With the features of light weight,small size,durability,and early rehabilitation training after fixation,micro-titanium plate is an ideal treatment for metacarpal and phalangeal fractures.
