地塞米松联合熊去氧胆酸片和丹参注射液治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症五例疗效观察

目的观察地塞米松、熊去氧胆酸片和丹参注射液联合用药治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积（ICP）的疗效。方法将5例ICP患者联合用地塞米松、熊去氧胆酸片和丹参注射液治疗,治疗前后分别检测患者血甘胆酸、谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、谷草转氨酶（AST）、胆汁酸（TBA）水平;治疗后,评价患者新生儿体重、Apgar氏评分、羊水污染情况。结果患者用药后皮肤瘙痒明显改善,ALT、AST、TBA下降显著。5例均采用剖宫产分娩,新生儿体重2400～3600g,无窒息。5例Apga评分8～10分。结论地塞米松、熊去氧胆酸片和丹参注射液联合用药治疗ICP能提高ICP的疗效,值得在临床推广。

Dexamethazone combined with ursodeoxychofic acid and danseng injection in the treatment of intrahepatie cholestasis of pregnancy

Objective To observe the clinical effects of dexamethazone (DX), combined with ursodeoxychofic acid (UDCA) and danseng injection in the treatment for intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP). Methods 5 cases with ICP were treated with the combination of dexamethazone, ursodeoxychofic acid and danseng injection. To score the grade of the symptom of pruritus by the standard of Ribalita. Blood CG, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), bile acid (TBA) level were measured before and after treatment. The weight of new-borns, Apgar’s score, the incidences of amniotic fluid pollution and fetal distress were evaluated after delivery. Results Pruritus in patients with significant improvement after treatment. ALT, AST, TBA was significantly decreased. 5 cases with cesarean delivery, birth weight 2400-3600g, without asphyxia, 5 Apgar’s score 8 to 10. Conclusion It is effective to treat ICP with combination of dexamethazone, ursodeoxychofic acid and danseng injection
