| 摘 要： | 目的:评价MSCT对原发性腹膜后肿瘤的诊断价值.方法:回顾性分析40例经手术病理证实的原发性腹膜后肿瘤的MSCT平扫和增强表现.结果:40例中恶性肿瘤30例(75%),良性肿瘤10例(25%),术前MSCT定位诊断准确率为90%(36/40);对肿瘤良、恶性判断的准确率为70%(28/40).结论:MSCT成像技术可以...

| Abstract: | Objective：To analyze the predictive value of multislices helical CT imaging（MSCT）in the diagnosis of primary retroperitoneal neoplasms.Methods：Plain and enhanced MSCT images of 40 cases of primary retroperitoneal neoplasms confirmed by operation or pathological examination were retrospectively analyzed.Results：30 out of 40 cases（75%） were malignant tumor and the rest（10,25%） were benign ones.The accuracy of localization with MSCT was 90%（36/40）;and 70%（28/40） prediction of malignance was correct.Conclusions：MSCT scans can provide rich information of primary retroperitoneal neoplasms on both position and characteristics with great accuracy,thus it shows significant value in the diagnosis of primary retroperitoneal neoplasms. |
