| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨择期剖宫产术前术中应用缩宫素及垂体后叶素预防出血的临床效果.方法 将96例择期剖宫产患者随机分为两组.用药组术前静滴缩宫素诱导宫缩联合术中静滴垂体后叶素,对照组单纯术中使用缩宫素.对比两组术中失血量.结果 用药组术中失血量较对照组明显减少,术中出血发生率明显降低.结论 在择期剖宫产术前术中应用缩宫素及垂体后叶...

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of combined usage of oxytocin and pituitrin in the prevention of hemorrhage during elective cearean section.Methods 96 cases of puerperants were randomly assigned into 2 groups.The study group was given oxytocin before operation and pituitrin during operation.The control group was given oxytocin during operation only.The hemorrhage quantity of intraoperation were compared between the two groups.Results The hemorrhage quantity of intraoperation in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion Combination of oxytocin and pituitrin can reduce the hemorrhage in the elective cesarean section. |
