微波联合西药治疗宫颈炎32例疗效观察

目的探讨微波联合西药治疗宫颈炎的临床效果。方法将我院宫颈炎伴宫颈糜烂患者64例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予宫颈炎康栓治疗,观察组给予微波联合宫颈炎康栓治疗,评估两者治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为96.87%,对照组为71.87%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者阴道清洁度Ⅰ°明显多于对照组,Ⅲ°明显少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治愈病例中观察组复发1例,对照组复发4例,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论微波联合西药治疗宫颈炎的临床效果明确,无明显的并发症和毒副作用,值得应用。

Effect of microwaves combined with western medicine in the treatment of cervicitis

Objective To investigate the effect of microwaves combined with western medicine in treatment of cervicitis.Methods 64 case with cervicitis and cervical erosion were divided into the observe group and the control group.The control group received the cervicitis kang cork,and the observe group received the treatment of microwaves combined with cervicitis kang cork.Results The total effective rate was 96.87% in the observe group and 71.87% in control group,and there was significant difference in them(P<0.05).The cases withⅠlevel of vaginal cleaning graduation in the observe group were more than those in control group,and there was no significant difference in them.There was 1 case with recurring in the observe group and 4 cases with recurring in control group,and there was significant difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion Microwaves combined with western medicine is very effective in treatment of cervicitis,with no obvious complications and toxic and side-effect.
