超声自由扩展成像技术在诊断副乳中的价值

目的探讨超声自由扩展成像技术在诊断较大副乳方面的价值。方法对43例经穿刺、手术、病理证实的较大副乳进行超声自由扩展成像技术及高频超声检查,并对二者图像进行分析对比。结果超声自由扩展成像技术不仅能完整显示较大副乳的全貌、病变的大小和特征及与周围组织的关系,而且能准确测量病变的大小。43例较大副乳患者,单侧13例,双侧30例,共73个副乳;其声像图表现为：①混合回声型（共26个）;②不均质实性回声型（共47个）。结论超声自由扩展成像技术对诊断较大副乳具有较大的价值。

Application of ultrasonic free style extended imaging in diagnosis of accessory breast

Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonic free style extended imaging(FSTI) for accessory breast. Methods Forty three patients proved with the puncture, operation and pathology were examined with high frequency ultrasound and free style extended imaging (FSTI). Results FSTI could not only clearly demonstrate the whole features of accessory breast, but also measure the large accurately; 43 cases. of 13 cases were unilateral, 30 were bilateral,There were 73 accessory breast; The ultrasonography were divided into two types which were mixecho (26 cases) and mixhomogeneousecho(47 case). Conclusion FSTI has huge value in diagnosis of accessory breast.
