突发事件中住院伤者的营养筛查

目的采用营养风险筛查2002（Nutritional Risk Screening 2002,NRS 2002）对突发事件中住院伤者进行营养筛查,以探讨其作为突发事件中住院伤者营养筛查工具的适用性。方法以NRS 2002为营养筛查工具,在入院后的第2、7、14、21天连续对126例突发事件中受伤住院的患者进行营养筛查,找出存在营养风险的伤者并对他们进行合理的营养支持。结果在入院第2天进行的营养筛查共有31例伤者存在营养风险（NRS评分≥3分）,第7天时有28例,第14天时有2例,21天时无人评分≥3分,在先后四次营养筛查中共有61例伤者存在营养风险,其总发生率为48.41%。存在营养风险的住院伤者进行及时的营养支持后,营养状况都得到逐步改善。结论 NRS 2002能有效筛查出存在营养风险的住院伤者,可以考虑作为突发事件中住院伤者的营养筛查工具。

Nutritional screening of the patients injured in emergencies

Objective To explore the feasibility of Nutritional Risk Screening 2002（NRS 2002） in the patients injured in emergencies.Methods We adopted NRS 2002 to screen nutritional risk in 126 patients injured in emergencies on the second day,seventh day,fourteenth day,twenty-first day after they were send to hospital.Appropriate nutritional support had been used in the patients with nutritional risk.Results By nutritional screening,we found that 31 cases had nutritional risk（NRS score≥3） in the second day;28 cases had nutritional risk in the seventh day;2 cases had nutritional risk in the fourteenth day;No one＇s score was over 3 in the twenty-first day.Total of 61 patients who had nutritional risk through the four times nutritional screening.The total incidence was 48.41%.Conclusion It is possible that NRS 2002 is an effective nutritional screening tool for the patients injured in emergencies.
