盐酸四环素对白色念珠菌胞外磷脂酶的体外抑制作用研究

摘    要:目的比较观察盐酸四环素对致病株白色念珠菌菌丝相胞外磷脂酶的体外抑制作用。方法在37℃下,用蛋黄平板法培养并测量菌株产生沉淀圈的大小。用沉淀圈比值(Pz值)比较磷脂酶活力的变化。结果对照组与盐酸四环素不同浓度组(依次为0.18%、0.36%、0.54%和0.72%)的PZ值分别为0.387±0.039.0.480±0.086,0.824±0.070,0.899±0.081.0.959±0.027;盐酸四环素各浓度组(除0.18%组外)与对照组比较均有显著差异(P〈0.001.)。盐酸四环素不同浓度组间PZ值比较.0.18%和0.36%、0.18%和0.54%、0.18%和0.72%、0.36%和0.72%组间有显著差异(P〈0.05)。结论盐酸四环素对白色念球菌菌丝相胞外磷脂酶只有体外抑制作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To confirm the effect of tetracycline hydrochloride on the activity of extracellular phospholipases of Candida albicans secreted of vagina in the spore forms vitro. METHODS High-middle-low phospholipase-producer Candida albicans was chosed assubject. After being incubated onto egg yolk agar at 37℃, phospholipase activity of the strainswere measured and compared by the ratio of the diameter of the colony to the total diameter of thecolony plus precipitation zone(PZ).RESULTS In vitro, the PZs of control group and tetracyclinehy drochloride groups in different concentrations were 0.387 ± 0.039, 0.480 ± 0.086, 0.824 ± 0.070, 0. 899 ±0.081,0. 959 ± 0. 027 respectively; PZs were significant different between the tetracycline hydrochloride groups of 0.36 %, 0.54 % and 0.72 % and control group( P 〈 0. 001) ; There was significant difference between the tetracycline hydrochloride groups of 0.18 % and 0.36 %, 0.18 % and 0.54 %, 0.18 % and 0.72 %, 0.36 % and 0.72 % (P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSIONS Tetracycline hydrochloride had an inhibition activity of phospholipases secreted by Candida albicans in thespore forms and there was a correlation between the effect and concentration in vitral tests.
