不同时期儿童行为问题的比较研究

目的比较1997年及2009年儿童的行为问题,了解儿童行为问题的发展与变化。方法对我院心理门诊1997年104例和2009年139例6～11岁智力正常、因行为问题就诊的患儿,采用Achenbach儿童行为量表（CBCL）测评,对测评结果进行比较分析。结果 2009年患儿与1997年患儿比较,其行为问题在总分及内向性和外向性行为分值上比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）;男童12年前后焦虑（9.76±4.63vs.6.76±1.96）、强迫（9.33±1.37vs.10.25±3.24）、攻击（25.99±5.76vs.21.42±1.98）和违纪（11.12±2.63vs.10.75±4.70）因子比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）;女童12年前后抑郁（10.60±1.52vs.8.71±0.90）、多动（12.50±2.12vs.9.60±2.82）、体诉（12.50±2.12vs.8.00±4.24）因子比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论不同时期儿童行为问题呈增加趋势,男童表现在焦虑、强迫、攻击和违纪行为,女童表现在抑郁和体诉行为。应根据儿童的行为特点制定干预措施。

The companion study for behavior problems of children at different ages

Objective To compare behavior disorders of children at different periods. Methods A complete psychological clinic sample of 104 and 139 children in 1997 and 2009 was reviewed retrospectively. The age of patients ranged from 6～11 years old. Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) was used for evaluation and the results were compared. Results The score of behavior, introversion and outgoing in boys and girls of 6～11 years old at 1997 were significantly different from those at 2009(P < 0.01). The difference was significant in anxiety,compulsion,attack and discipline for boys when compared with those of 12 years ago(P < 0.01). The difference was significant in depression and physical symptoms scores in girls when compared with those 12 years ago(P < 0.01). Conclusions There is a tendency for increase in behavior problems in children in different periods. Boys tend to have anxiety,compulsion,attack behavior and discipline related problems. Girls tend to have depression and physical symptoms. Intervention should be specialized based on the behavior characteristics of children.
