| 摘 要： | １７例临床疑诊心脏或心周肿块进行磁共振成像（ＭＲＩ）检查，１３例临床最后确诊有肿块，４例经超声心动图复查和临床随访排除。ＭＲＩ发现肿块１１例，漏诊２例；临床排除肿块的４例，ＭＲＩ均为正常。１１例显示肿块者，ＭＲＩ均能准确定位并较好地显示肿块的大小、形态和范围。４例ＭＲＩ信号特点有助于定性诊断。

| Abstract: | MRI was used to examine 17 patients clinically suspected or known to have cardiac orparacardiac masses. Masses were clinically confirmed in 13 cases and excluded in 4 by repeated ultrasonic car-diography examination and clinic follow up,MRI identified masses in 11 cases,missed in 2 and denied in all4 negative cases. In each of 11 cases which MRI had masses,MRI clearly displayed the location and betterdemonstrated the size,contour and extent of the mass. In 4 cases;tissue characterization of the masses withMRI added some specificity to the MRI diagnosis. |
