| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨心理护理在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者功能训练中的作用。方法 :6 0例脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者随机分为心理组和对照组各 30例 ;2组均接受吞咽功能训练 ,心理组同时给予心理护理。结果 :经过 3个月的治疗 ,心理组吞咽功能的优良率明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者在开展康复功能训练的同时结合心理治疗 ,效果更为显著

Psychological Nursing Care and Functional Training of Stroke Patients with Swallowing Difficulty |

| Abstract: | Objective: To probe into the effect of psychological nursing care on functional training of stroke patients with swallowing difficulty. Methods: Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both the two groups were accepted physical and functional rehabilition training, while the treatment group also accepted extra psychological nursing care.The treatment duration in the two groups was 3 months. Results: By comparison, the excellent rate of swallowing function in treatment group was higher than in control group ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion: The physical and functional rehabilitation training in combination with psychological nursing care can obtain more satisfactory therapeutic effects in the stroke patients with swallowing difficulty. |
