| 摘 要： | 目的了解牧区哈萨克族血脂水平,分析其与生活方式之间的关系。方法用普查方式测定203例天山牧区哈萨克族牧民的血脂4项值总胆固醇(TC),三酰甘油(TG),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL C),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL C)]。同时以同一牧区的汉族及城市哈萨克族、汉族做对照。结果牧区203例哈萨克族血脂水平与城市哈萨克族差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。同一牧区哈萨克族和汉族TG、HDL C和LDL C差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。牧区哈萨克族TC、TG和LDL C与城市汉族差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论城市哈萨克族血脂与牧区哈萨克族血脂差异有显著性,其原因可能是改食植物油代替羊油。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the serum lipid level of Kazak herdsman, and to analyse the relationship with the way of life style. Methods The serum levels of triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were determined in 203 cases of Kazak herdsman and in comparison with the urban inhabitants. Results There were difference between the levels of serum lipid of Kazak herdsman and Kazak urban inhabitant (P<0.01). The were difference between the levels of TG, HDL-C, LDL-C of Kazak and Han nationality in same pastoral area (P<0.01). Conclusions The serum lipid level of Kazak herdsman is higher than that of urban Kazak. |
