| 摘 要： | 目的总结法乐四联症的外科治疗及效果.方法2001年1月至2004年11月,36例法乐四联症患者接受外科治疗.其中男性20例,女性16例,年龄3～45岁.均自幼发绀,有杵状指(趾).术前血红蛋白增高.患者均在低温体外循环下行法乐四联症根治术.22例采用跨环补片扩大右室流出道及肺动脉,14例仅行右室流出道扩大补片.结果患者无死亡.术后出现低心排出量综合征2例,1例术后引流量多,再开胸止血,随访3～12个月,1例跨肺动脉瓣压超过40 mm Hg.结论法乐四联症外科治疗疗效佳,临床效果满意.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the results of surgical treatment of tetralogy of Fallot. Methods From January 2001 to November 2004, 36 patients (20 males and 16 females)with tetralogy of Fallot received surgical treatment. Age of patients ranged from 3 to 45 years. Preoperative hemoglobin was high. 22 patients had a transannular RVOT patch.14 patients had a nontransnnular patch. Results No death occurred. Two patients had postoperative low output syndrome and 1 patient needed reoperation for bleeding.Peak systolic right-to-pumonary artery prssure gradient exceeded 40mmHg in 1 patient during the time of follow up of 3 to 12 months. Conclusion Surgical treatment of tetralogy of Fallot is effective and satisfactory. |
