乳酸亚铁片治疗缺铁性贫血150例疗效评价

目的:评价乳酸亚铁片治疗缺铁性贫血(IDA)的疗效和副作用。方法:确诊中、重度IDA患者共150例,排除消化道肿瘤后即给予乳酸亚铁片口服,同时给予病因治疗,整个观察时间为6周。结果:治疗2周后有效率30.67%(46/150)。4周后有效率为17.33%(26/150),显效率为74.67%(112/150),总有效率达92%。6周后有效率达2.67%(4/150),显效率为94.67%(142/150),总有效率达97.34%。胃肠道反应率3.33%(5/150)。结论:乳酸亚铁片治疗中、重度IDA疗效高、起效快、副作用少,应用方便,可作为IDA的治疗药物。

Clinical Evaluation of Ferrous Lactate in treating 150 Cases of Iron Deficient Anemia

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and side effect of ferrous lactate tablets in treating iron deficient anemia （IDA） patients. Methods A total of 150 IDA patients excluding digestive system tumors were treated with ferrous lactate and observed for 6 weeks, meanwhile the original diseases were treated. Results The effective rate was 30.67% （46/ 150 ） after treating for 2 weeks. Very effective results were obtained ＇after 4 weeks ,which 26 cases achieved significant improvement and 110 patients achieved partial response. After 6 weeks, the overall effective rate was 97.34% and 5 cases felt uncomfortable in digestion. Conclusion Ferrous lactate has staking and rapid therapeutic effect in treating IDA patients with convenience and little side effect.
