| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS)的发病因素和治疗对策。方法对我院儿科从2001年1月至2008年8月收治的102例RDS患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析,并比较使用肺表面活性物质的疗效。结果呼吸窘迫综合征的发生与胎龄及出生体重成负相关,未经试产选择性足月剖宫产是导致呼吸窘迫综合征的又一重要因素。肺表面活性物质的替代疗法是治疗RDS的有效手段。结论预防早产,综合治疗,是降低RDS的发生率,提高RDS病人抢救成功率的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the etiology and treatment methods of newborn of respiratory distress syndrome.Methods Medical records of 102 hospitalized Newborns of RDS from January 2001 to August 2008 were reviewed.
