| 摘 要： | 通过对温州市社区卫生服务的调查,针对社区卫生服务工作存在的人员素质不高,缺乏高水平的人才;设备不齐全,缺乏必要的检测检验设施;经费保障机制不完善,约有一半的经费靠机构自己创收等问题,提出相应的对策,作为卫生改革、建设和发展参考。

| Abstract: | By the investigation of community health service in Wenzhou, issues of community health service were reported. The scarcely qualified medicos, faulty medical equipments, lack of government financing caused nearly half expense should be financed by themselves. Some suggestions according to those problems were presented. |
