腹腔化疗治疗中晚期胃肠道肿瘤临床研究

目的评价腹腔灌注化疗药物在中晚期胃肠道肿瘤治疗中韵临床疗效。方法回顾45例中晚期胃肠道肿瘤患者采取术后经腹腔泵向腹腔注入5-Fu，丝裂霉素行腹腔化疗资料，并与静脉化疗组做对照。结果腹腔转移时间较静脉化疗组晚6-9个月，肝转移时间较静脉化疗组晚8～10个月。化疗副作用明显低于静脉化疗组。结论对于中晚期胃肠道肿瘤患者，腹腔化疗较传统的静脉化疗有着明显的优势，可以延缓术后腹腔转移及肝转移时间，减轻化疗副作用。

Clinical Experience of Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Gastrointestinal Cancer

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of intraperitoneal chemotherapy drugs in the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal cancer. Methods 45 patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer were treated with intraperitoneal chemotherapy by minute pump infusional 5-fluorouracil and mitomycin after operation, and were compared with intravenous chemotherapy group. Results Peritoneal metastasis time in intraperitoneal chemotherapy group was later than intravenous chemotherapy group for 6-9 months, the liver metastases than intravenous chemotherapy night 8-10 months. Side effects in intraperitoneal chemotherapy group was significantly lower than that in intravenous chemotherapy group. Conclusion For advanced gastrointestinal cancer patients, intraperitoneal chemotherapy has a distinct advantage than conventional intravenous chemotherapy, that delay postoperative liver metastases and peritoneal metastasis, reduce side effects of chemotherapy .
