| 摘 要： | 沙立度胺最初作为一种镇静止吐剂用于治疗妊娠呕吐,但由于其严重的致畸作用被禁用。近年来研究发现沙立度胺具有抑制新生血管形成及免疫调节等活性被广泛用于多种恶性肿瘤治疗的研究,并在多发性骨髓瘤(MM)及多种实体肿瘤的治疗中显示了良好的疗效。该文就沙立度胺抗肿瘤的作用机制及抗肿瘤临床应用研究进展做一综述。 |

| Abstract: | Thalidomide was initially used to treat vomiting of pregnancy as a sedative and antiemetic,but then was prohibited for its severe side effects of teratogenesis. In recent years,due to its property of antiangiogenesis and immunomodulation effects,it has been widely used in the therapy of many malignant tumors and accordingly has produced satisfactory effects for multiple myeloma( MM) and many solid tumors. This article reviews thalidomide in both its mechanism of anti-tumor action and its clinical application progress. |
