| 摘 要： | 目的比较中西医结合治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法随机将142例上消化道出血患者分为治疗组和对照组,对照组70例采用常规西药治疗,治疗组72例采用自拟芨地泻心汤联合西药治疗,以两组疗效为判断标准,进行统计学分析。结果治疗组有效率为98.6%,与对照组比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗上消化道出血可明显提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the Clinic effect of two methodshealing UGB.Methods 142 UGB cases were divided into two groups randomly,the experiment group with 72 cases were treated convention medicine,the control group with 70 cases were treated with Ji-di-xie-xin-tang drawing up by anthor,statistics analysis was carried according to the standard of curative effect of two group.Results Effective rate of the experiment group was 98.6%,disparity was obviously comparing with the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion This method to deal UGB has manifest therapy effect. |
