腹腔镜技术与超声引导下介入技术诊治盆腔脓肿的对比分析

目的比较分析腹腔镜技术与超声引导下介入技术诊治盆腔脓肿的方法和疗效，探讨两种微创技术的优缺点，以指导临床应用。方法20例盆腔脓肿应用腹腔镜技术进行检查和治疗，另20例应用超声引导下介入技术诊治，比较分析两组患者的治疗效果、诊疗时间及术后恢复情况。结果两种微创诊治技术对盆腔脓肿的治愈率均为95％；超声引导下介入组在诊治时间、术后体温恢复时间、住院时间均较腹腔镜组患者长，但下床活动时间、并发症的发生明显少于腹腔镜手术组。结论两种诊治盆腔脓肿的方法各有其优缺点，根据二者特点可指导患者选择适宜的微创治疗。

Comparative analysis of laparoscope techniques and ultrasound-guided intervention technique in diagnosis and treatment of pelvic abscess

Objective To comparatively analyze the methods and therapeutic effect of laparoscope techniques and ultrasound-guided intervention technique in the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic abscess, and to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the two minimally invasive techniques. Methods Twenty cases of pelvic abscess were examined and treated by laparoscope techniques, and other 20 cases of pelvic abscess were examined and treated by ultrasound-guided intervention technique. Then the therapeutic effect, treatment time and postoperative recovery of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The recovery rate of two minimally invasive techniques in the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic abscess was 95%. The treatment time, postoperative temperature recovery＂ time and length of stay in ultrasound-guided intervention group was longer than those in laparoscope group, while the out-of-bed activity time and complication happened was less than those in laparoscope group. Conclusion The two methods in the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic abscess have their own advantages and disadvantages, patients can choose suitable minimally invasive method according to their characteristics.
