| 摘 要： | 目的探讨预防机械通气患者并发下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的措施。方法将420例机械通气患者随机分为对照组(210例)和干预组(210例),对照组按机械通气常规护理,干预组在常规护理上采取综合护理干预措施,比较两组DVT发生率。结果干预组DVT发生率为1.43%,对照组DVT发生率为11.43%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.001)。结论机械通气患者采取综合护理干预措施,对降低DVT发生率有显著效果。
