| 摘 要： | 子宫内膜癌的治疗涉及手术、放疗和化疗。什么是最合理的治疗模式，当前存在较大争议。文章根据国内外最新临床研究结果，分别阐述与讨论子宫内膜癌手术模式的选择、淋巴结切除的意义、放射治疗的意义与选择及化疗等问题。

| Abstract: | The treatment for endometrial cancer refers to surgery, radiation and chemotherapy. Some disputable issues in the treatment are existing. Based on the recent clinical trial results, the choice of surgical modality, the role of lymphadenectomy, radiation and chemotherapy are present and discussed in this article. |
