| 摘 要： | 目的探讨AO解剖型钢板内固定治疗股骨髁间骨折的疗效。方法2004—01／2008—01采用切开复位AO解剖型钢板内固定治疗髁间骨折28例。结果随访1～4年。术后4～8个月骨折均愈合。采用Merchan等提出的功能评定标准：优11例，良12例，中4例，差1例，优良率82．1％。结论应用AO解剖型钢板治疗股骨髁间骨折操作简便，固定可靠，可早期关节功能锻炼，是一种良好的内固定方法。
