| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定头孢克肟含量的胶束电动毛细管色谱方法。方法采用非涂渍石英毛细管51cm×75μm;运行缓冲液为含100mmol·L^-1十二烷基硫酸钠的磷酸盐缓冲液（70mmol·L^-1,pH7.0）;压力进样5s,分离电压15kV,柱温25℃,检测波长254nm,选择乙酰苯胺为内标。结果头孢克肟在6.08～777.98μg·mL^-1内,线性关系良好（r=0.9993）。头孢克肟的最低检测限为1.03μg·mL^-1,最低定量限为3.43μg·mL^-1;含量测定结果与HPLC所得结果没有显著性差异。结论胶束电动毛细管色谱法分析头孢克肟的含量,方法准确、简便、灵敏,与HPLC具有互补性。
