摘    要:目的:研究搪瓷喷花粉尘的致肺纤维化作用。方法:3组SD大鼠气管内分别注入搪瓷喷花(白下底料)粉尘、石英石粉尘和生理盐水,染尘后60d和180d宰杀,称取肺鲜重,测定肺胶原含量,肺组织病理学改变。结果:熟料粉尘组大鼠的肺鲜重和肺胶原含量高于生理盐水组,但明显低于石英尘组。病理观察结果显示,熟料粉尘能在肺内形成异物结节及周围轻度纤维增生。结论:一定量的搪瓷喷花粉尘进入肺内不至引起进行性肺纤维化,而是引

Abstract:Objective] Enameling powder is a kind of silicate. During the process of spray enameling the dust suspended in air can be inhaled into the lung of the exposed workers. The purpose of this study is to observe the pulmonary fibrogenic effect of the dust. Method] SD rats were devided into three groups and instilled intra tracheally with enameling dust,quartz dust and saline,respectively. 60 and 180 days after instillation the rats were sacrificed and fresh lung weight and lung collagen content were measured. Pathological changes of the lung were examined as well. Results] The fresh lung weight and collagen content in spray enameling dust group were higher than those in saline group and obviously lower than those in quartz group. Pulmonary pathological observation showed that spray enameling dust induced foreign body reaction and quartz dust induced typical silicotic lesion in lung. Conclusion] Certain amount of spray enameling dust deposited in lung will not induce progressive lung fibrosis but slight foreign body reaction.
