心血管疾病患儿血浆内皮素水平的初步研究

探讨心血管疾病患儿血浆内皮素（ET-1）的应用价值,选择77例心力衰竭、肥胖症、高脂血症、脂肪肝和高血压病（五组）患儿和21名健康儿童为对照组,采用RIA测定血浆ET-1水平,经t检验处理。结果表明,五组的血浆ET-1水平分别为112.8±34.1ng/L、57.8±19.1ng/L、64.5±25.3ng/L、74.9±28.4ng/L和60.7±21.6ng/L,与对照组43.5±10.2ng/L比较均有显著性差异（P＆lt;0.01或P＆lt;0.05）。提示血浆ET-1水平升高与心血管相关疾病密切相关,对诊断患儿病情有一定的参考价值。

Clinical Value of Plasma Endothelin Levels in Children with Cardiovascular Diseases

To explore the clinical value of plasma endothelin （ ET-1 ） levels in children with cardiovascular dis- eases,77 children with heart failure, obesity, hyperlipemia, fatty liver and hypertension were divided into 5 ex- perimental groups and 21 health children with same age and gender as control group. The plasma levels of ET-I in these children were tested by RIA. The results showed that plasma levels of ET-1 in 5 experimental groups were 112.8 ± 34. lng/L,57.8 ± 19. lng/L,64.5 ± 25.3ng/L,74.9 ± 28.4ng/L and 60.7 ± 21.6ng/L,respec- tively. The ET-1 levels in 5 groups were significantly higher than that in control group（P 〈0.01 ）. The results indieate the higher plasma ET-1 levels in ehildren are related with eardiovaseular diseases, and it is useful in the diagnosis of children cardiovascular diseases.
