某医药杂志的医学统计学应用情况及分析

医学统计是进行医药卫生科学研究的重要理论与方法,它对提高医疗予防和医学科研质量有十分重要的意义。本文对某医药杂志3年共23期文章中有关医学统计学的使用情况作了探讨分析。在所阅的文章中应用统计方法的使用率为58.35％;从资料性质看,以计数资料为多占45.66％;就各种统计方法的使用情况来看,以统计表的使用率最高为69.45％,其次为t或u检验。同时,还就其中统计方法的误用情况作了简单剖析,值得注意的是大多数误用出现在某些最基本的统计方法上。为此,建议无论是对医学院校还是对在职医务工作者,应进一步加强医学统计学基础知识的学习,这样对提高我们的医药卫生学科研论文的质量是十分有益的。

APPLYING AND ANALYSIS OF MEDICAL STATISTICS IN A MEDICAL MAGAZINE

Medical statistics is an important theory and method for research on medicine and health, it is'also significant for improving medical healthy, preventive work and quality of medical scientific research. Investigation and analysis on applying of medical statistics that was used in all 23 volumes of a medical magazine in three years were conducted in this article. In all the papers, the applying rate of statistical methods was 58.35%. As for the character of statistical data, enumeration data was more often and accounted for 45.66%. As for statistical methods, statistical tables were most extremely used, which reached 69.45%, then the t or u test was used quite universal,, too. Misusage of statistical methods in all the papers also was mentioned in this article. What should be paid more attention was that most of the misusage appealed at the most basic statistical methods. Therefore, we suggest that the study on basic knowledge of statistics should be emphasized both for the teaching of medical schools and for the doctors in positions, which will be profit for the improvement of academic papers' level.
