摘    要:临床路径式教学法是指将临床路径理念引入临床教学工作过程之中,以临床路径为平台对临床医学生组织教学的方法。将临床路径式教学法应用于教学查房中,有利于教师职责从传播临床知识转变为教会学习,同时也是培养医学生"会学"的有效途径,培养他们独立获取知识的能力、临床思维能力和探索创新能力。

Abstract:Objective Teaching method of clinical pathway is introducing the standpoint of clinical pathway into the Procedure of clinical medicine education and organizing the teaching for medical students based on the clinical pathway. Traditional making rounds of wards about teaching have some shortcoming in the department of respiratory. Teaching method of clinical pathway will benefit to convert the teachers’ position and responsibility about changeing from teaching clinical knowledge to grasp the learning in making rounds of wards about teaching. At the same time ,it is the effective pathway of grasping the studying methods, and cultivate the ability of taking knowledge independently, clinical thinking, bring new ideas for medical students.
