| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肝包虫病内囊摘除术存在的问题及其对策。方法：回顾分析80例肝包虫病内囊摘除术中采取不同附加处理的疗效及并发症情况。结果：本组手术无死亡。26例行单纯内囊摘除术者均出现术后高热,其中6例并发脓肿;52例“内囊摘除加双套管引流”术并发胆漏2例;2例伴骨瘘而行“内囊摘除加囊腔空肠Roux-en-Y型吻合”术者顺利恢复。结论：对肝包虫病手术原则提出改进意见,主张以“内囊摘除加大套引流”为常规术式。

Vesiclectomy for patients of hepatic echinococcosis in Tibet:a report of 80 cases |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo discuss problems derived from operative treatment for liver echinococcosis.MethodEighty cases of vesiclectomy with different additional procedures were reviewed with respect to their efficacy or complication. ResultsThere was no mortality in all the patients undergoing various operations. Abscess developed in 6 out of 26 cases undergoing simple vesiclectomy. Two out of 52 cases undergoing "vesiclectomy coupled with tube drainage" suffered bile leakage, while there was no complication in 2 cases undergoing "vesiclectomy plus Roux en Y type vesicajejunostomy". ConclusionVesiclectomy plus tube drainage is the procedure of choice for the treatment of liver echinococcosis. |
