| 摘 要： | 目的:建立补骨脂中主要成分含量的HPLC测定方法,为评价补骨脂质量标准打下基础.方法:色谱柱填料为Kromasil-C18,4.6×250mm,流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50:50:1),检测波长246nm.结果:测定方法的回收率分别为99.83%、102.57%.结论:该方法准确、稳定、简单,可以作为补骨脂饮片的质量控制方法.测定结果表明,不同产地的生、制品中,两类成分相差很大.

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a HPLC method for content determination of main components in Psraleae corylifolia.Methods:The separation was performed in a Kromasil-C18 column with a mobile phase of methanol-water-acetic acid(50:50:1).The detection wavelength was at 246nm. Results:The average recovery of Psoralen and Isopsoralen was 99.83% and 102.57% respectively.Conclusion:This method is accurate,simple and reliable.It can be used for control quality of Psoralea corylifolia. |
