| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨儿童进行麻疹强化免疫的疗效，以给今后工作提供科学依据。方法：对方山县2002年春季的58172名1岁～14岁的儿童进行麻疹强化免疫，对免疫中出现超敏反应的儿童进行跟踪观察。结果：发现过敏性紫癜2例，过敏性荨麻疹4例。结论：提示医务工作者应对预防接种麻疹活疫苗(MV)所致超敏反应引起足够重视。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of booster immunization against measles.Methods: Booster immunization against measles was carried out in 58 172 children aged 1 to 14,and observations were made of children in whom hypersensitivity developed during the immunization.Results: Allergic purpura was observed in 2,allergic urtivaria in 4.Conclusion:It is suggested that medical staff should attach great importance to hypersen sitivity due to measles vaccine(MV) in children. |
