中西医结合治疗股骨头坏死165例临床观察

股骨头坏死,是一种骨科难治性病症,病因病理复杂,目前国内外医学界对本病缺乏确切的治疗措施,临床疗效不够理想,笔者经过多年来对本病的研究观察,探索总结,将现代医学与传统中医药学相结合,内外兼治,动静结合治疗股骨头坏死,能够快速减轻或消除痛疼,立竿见影地改善关节功能,使未塌陷的股骨头不再塌陷,使已塌陷的股骨头病变不再进展,逐步进入修复生长期,治疗总有效率为98.2%。

Clinical observation of treating 165 cases of femoral head necrosis in the integrative medicine

The femoral head necrosis is an orthopedic refractory disease,its complex etiology and pathology of the medical profession at home and abroad to the lack of exact treatment of the disease and poor clinical efficacy observed through years of study of this disease,explore and sum up,the combination of modern medicine and TCM,internal and external,static and dynamic combination of femoral head necrosis,can quickly reduce or eliminate the pain of the immediate improvement of joint function,the non-collapse of the femoral head collapse is no longer,so that the collapse of the shares bone lesions are no longer progressing gradually into the repair growing season,the total effective rate was 98.2%.
