摘    要:目的:探讨互动式教学法在物理诊断学见习中的应用。方法:将120名临床医学五年制学生分为2组,对照组60名采用传统教学法教学,实验组60名采用互动式教学法教学。见习结束后对两组学生进行临床操作考核,比较两组学生对所学知识的掌握情况及病例分析能力;发放问卷调查表,调查学生对两种教学法的评价。结果:两组学生临床考核成绩无显著差异,但在疾病诊断正确率方面实验组学生明显优于对照组,对互动式教学法的满意度评价较高。结论:互动式教学法能有效激发学生的学习兴趣,有助于学生临床思维能力的培养,提高教学质量。

Exploration and practice of interactive teaching in physical diagnosis

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the application of interactive teaching in physical diagnosis trainee.Methods: 120 clinical five-year program students were enrolled.60 students were trained with traditional method and the other 60 students received interactive teaching.Clinical operational examination and qualitative survey were conducted to evaluate the efficiency of understanding and capability of case-analysis.Results: There was no difference in test results between these two groups,while the rate of correct diagnosis and satisfaction were higher in interactive teaching compared with traditional methods.Conclusion: Interactive teaching may be a promising method which can stimulate students’ interest and develop clinical thinking to improve teaching quality.
